With a solid background spanning over 15 years in the design industry, I strongly believe that true design leadership is manifested through active involvement in work. My passion for the craftsmanship aspect of design is unwavering, and I take a hands-on approach in every project, enriching them with my expertise.
As an experienced design leader, I relish the opportunity to mentor my team as much as getting directly involved in the creative process. This dedication to being hands-on not only brings a strategic perspective but also a thorough grasp of the ever-changing design field. Leadership for me means being in the thick of the action, molding concepts, and maintaining a sense of curiosity.
My career has been dedicated to developing outstanding digital experiences that seamlessly integrate technology, business, and user needs.
I serve as the managing director at Four Design, a bespoke design studio I founded in 2015. Four Design is a testament to my strategic vision and design skills, keeping me closely connected to the creative side while pursuing projects on a larger scale.
