Global UX & Design Lead

iptiQ, SwissRe's white-label digital-first insurance solution, I led the development of innovative design strategies that harmonized with the business goals. My role involved collaborating on design concepts with both internal and external stakeholders within a user-centred design framework. I partnered closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to create and implement world-class user experiences. Additionally, I played a key role in defining product design directions and supporting marketing efforts.

I was leading product design during a transitional period with the new leadership in place, moving away from the old legacy model to a new user-centred agile product development and introduced a new global design system used on both mobile App and the web.

I joined SchoolApply as Creative Director and led all creative fronts to help scale the company and fortify the brand and customer journey on all touch points.
My mandate was to create an online experience that redefines the educational marketplace—working alongside the SchoolApply team, I designed a web application from the ground up that covers finding, selecting and applying to schools worldwide.


It all started with a brand identity that left little-to-no room for being misunderstood. The market was ready for change, and SchoolApply needed a strategic story and visual identity to attract investors and users.
